People have asked "What exactly do you do" in regards to my new job.
I do get to work a lot of one on one with troubled youth, but THIS is what I will GET to do on a regular basis with them as well.
It really is amazing what kind of qualities you can see shine through with this type of work, and the beneficial part of it is that most have never been encouraged to strive for those qualities, and I get to let them find those great things about themselves.... It truly is a cool thing to be a part of....REALLY cool when they "get it!"
